Bartosz Szygulski is the developer behind 27web.
An independent web developer with more than 200 projects and deliveries and no agency layers. I personally take responsibility for analysis, technology, delivery, and continued development.
THE PERSON BEHIND 27WEB / NO INTERMEDIARIES
My name is Bartosz Szygulski, and I am the developer behind 27web.
I am an independent web developer designing and building websites, e-commerce platforms, integrations, and bespoke tools — from the initial analysis through to the continued development of a live system.
I started building websites while still at school. Between 2002 and 2004, I created my first static HTML and CSS sites in a basic text editor, including websites for the internet chats and radio stations popular at the time. I have delivered commercial projects since 2020, and founded the 27web brand in 2024.
I have completed more than 200 projects and deliveries, with e-commerce accounting for around 40% of them. Some were delivered as a subcontractor or under white-label agreements, so not every build can appear in the public portfolio. Technical ownership and communication remain directly with me throughout each 27web project.

I personally analyse the scope, select the technology, write the code, and take responsibility for delivery. When a project requires a completely bespoke visual direction, I bring in a trusted graphic designer without adding an artificial agency structure.
I do not choose technology because it is fashionable. I select it around the project, budget, and the way the website will need to evolve.

How I approach a company’s technology
I combine product thinking, development, and technical SEO wherever a website or store needs to support sales, customer service, or internal operations.
How projects take shape
The work starts with the goal, audience, service offering, and technical constraints. Design, architecture, and code follow. This keeps the final system focused on what the business actually needs instead of becoming a collection of impressive but disconnected sections.

Not every business website needs WordPress or an admin panel. For landing pages and sites with stable content, I build lightweight static implementations without a database. For larger structures, multilingual websites, and projects designed for continued expansion, I use Astro or Eleventy while keeping the deployed website fast and static.
